About
Motivational speaker, tech expert, and entrepreneur, Lisa D. Henry is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve success in all areas of their lives. With experience in employee engagement and environmental social governance, Lisa D. Henry has helped multiple companies overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
Lisa is the founder and CEO of Smart Girl Brand Company, LLC, a digital platform that provides guidance, resources, content and community for women in the corporate world.
Lisa started her career as a project manager in the tech world, where she led complex projects for Johns Hopkins Health System, Urban Institute, and some of the biggest names in finance.
She realized that many women struggle with balancing their work and personal lives, and often face challenges such as stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome. She decided to create Smart Girl Brand Media Group to inspire and support women to overcome these obstacles and thrive in their careers. Lisa has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Morgan State University, a Master's degree in Project Management from George Washington University and is finishing up her MBA with a concentration in Technology from George Washington University.
